Instant Speed Card Draw
One of the biggest advantages to Miracles is ignoring the timing restriction. Being able to play an instant speed mass removal spell for one mana is huge (looking at you Terminus). Once you know the Miracle is on top, you need a way to draw it on the opponent’s turn. Some of such effects include Mishra’s Bauble, Archmage’s Charm, Predict and many more. Basically, any instant card draw will do.
Oh and if you don’t know if it’s on top – it might just be your lucky day and a blind-drawn Terminus can come to save the day.
Obviously, we also need Miracle cards. There are 3 which are most often played, with the rest being mostly unplayable. The three include:
- Terminus – instant speed one mana wrath effect
- Temporal Mastery – cheap take-the-next-turn effect
- Entreat the Angels – an over-the-top finisher which few decks can deal with.
